You must never let them know how you feel,

As this can make everything all too real.

The way you process this emotion shows a lot,

whether you are able to cope with the situation or not.

Remember all this crap will make stronger!

Just hold on only for a little longer.

Great Book’s on Emotional Pain

Also I just wanted to mention something that has helped me whenever I am feeling stressed or down and out.  I have been making Macrame art.  It takes some time to get familiar with the different styles but once you learn a few basics you can pretty much come up with your own design!
